Product Introduction:
Bottom-Mounted High Shear Homogenizing Emulsifier is a high-performance dispersing and emulsifying machine designed for bottom entry into containers. It is used for mixing, emulsifying, and dispersing free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Based on the rotor-stator principle, the ECA series is suitable for applications that cannot be achieved with traditional stirring methods.
Product Features:
Designed to be installed at the bottom of containers for special environments or hygiene requirements, this bottom-mounted high shear dispersing and emulsifying machine allows materials to be discharged or circulated after processing. Traditional bottom-mounted installations cannot discharge materials independently after processing. The ECA series can provide two different circulation modes: internal and external.
The ECA machine can avoid strong vortexes and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or the container is being stirred or dispersed
during emptying.
The ECA machine features a simple and sturdy design. It has a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, equipped with a rotor that uses a cover to form a compact unit. The standard version of the ECA is suitable for processing
temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses low-maintenance mechanical seals.
